jittt Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jittt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jittt online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available at jittt.org and any associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the jittt platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; and (c) you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 below.

jittt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or registered email address at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the jittt platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling and sports wagering;
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of placing any wager or conducting any financial transaction on the platform;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jittt or PAGCOR;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of jittt or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, corporation, or other legal entity for the purpose of wagering;
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order applicable to you personally.

jittt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by the Company may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the jittt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jittt reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and to void all wagers and promotional credits associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, your date of birth, your registered mobile number in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify jittt support of any changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jittt account credentials, including your password and one-time PIN (OTP). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jittt will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify jittt immediately via [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jittt implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jittt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be temporarily suspended for maintenance. jittt does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jittt account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution. jittt does not impose a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which jittt bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of identity verification (KYC). Approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours of approval. Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jittt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your jittt account cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status.

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards offered by jittt are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the applicable promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jittt account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jittt actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; wagering bonus funds exclusively on games with a high return-to-player (RTP) rate to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; and hedging bets across outcomes using bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is detected, jittt reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.3 Promotion Modification

jittt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations already accrued to a player's account under an active promotion at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.

All games available on the jittt platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable game rules and understand the odds and potential outcomes.

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games on jittt is determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical game events conducted by trained dealers. jittt does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, jittt reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. The Company's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered on jittt are subject to the specific sports rules applicable to each sport and competition, including rules governing match abandonment, result reversal, and event postponement. Bets already settled at the time of a result reversal will not be re-settled unless otherwise required by applicable regulation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jittt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the jittt platform;
• Registering or maintaining accounts using false, stolen, or third-party identity information;
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or extract funds;
• Charging back deposits made to jittt after those funds have been wagered or withdrawn;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jittt staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players by any means;
• Placing wagers using funds derived from criminal activity.

All content on the jittt platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of jittt or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jittt platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of jittt.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by jittt is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

jittt processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and anti-money laundering bodies where required by law or regulation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jittt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.

The total aggregate liability of jittt to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jittt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players;
• The account holder has initiated an unjustified chargeback against a jittt deposit transaction.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining — net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements and net of any amounts under investigation — will be returned to the player via the original payment method where feasible. Accounts terminated for fraud or breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited in whole or in part.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jittt account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

jittt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player community in the Philippines. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jittt account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 48 hours after a change request;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of six (6) months, with the option to extend. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the elected period and takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jittt platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jittt at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and the resolution you seek. jittt will respond within ten (10) business days. If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through formal legal channels.

With respect to game outcome disputes, the records maintained by jittt's server logs and game system shall constitute conclusive evidence of the outcome of any game round, in the absence of manifest error.
